Access to energy: is a common framework for outcome measurement possible?
Within the LabODD, the Energy Group was set up around the desire to share experiences among peers and to define a common framework for measuring, analyzing and reporting outcomes. Over the course of a few meetings, however, a question quickly emerged: is it even possible to align with a common framework for measuring outcomes in a sector as diverse as energy access?
Between May and July 2021, the Energy Group conducted four workshops around this question. This article presents the main conclusions.
