SPI has been down since Wednesday March 10th due to a major fire in the datacenters of our webhoster OVHCloud.
The SPI server as well as our back up server were both lost in the fire, and several weeks are needed to return to operations. We are truly sorry for the inconvenience to our users.
However, rest assured. We are currently reinstalling SPI on a new server, with full functionality, the database and benchmarks. We expect to be back before end of March.
CERISE had saved in a separate location the entire database of validated SPI4 audits. We will put them back on line. Users will be able to find all finalized and validated audits in their accounts. SPI benchmarks are also saved.
For users who had ongoing audits, CERISE is contacting you individually so that together we can find the best solution to finalize your audits.
If you plan to begin a SPI4 or ALINUS audit in the near future, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can help find the best solution to begin your audit.
In the meantime, if you need your audits results immediately, you can download the Excel version of SPI4.
The entire CERISE team is mobilized to get SPI back online as soon as possible and to provide you with the support you need.
We will keep you informed of developments by regularly updating information on this blog.
We thank you for your patience.
