2020… ¡Qué año más extraño!
Compartimos con nuestros socios de todo el mundo los mismos temores, frustraciones, esperanzas y ambiciones cuando todos enfrentamos la crisis de Covid sin precedentes.
¡Las limitaciones nos empujaron a reinventar, probar y explorar nuevas formas de comunicación, intercambio y cooperación!

What a busy year after celebrating our 20th anniversary …
In 2019, we were fully committed in upgrading of our tools and methodologies, with the unfailing support of a Steering Committee bringing together people from 20 countries … What an adventure!
For CERISE, also the opportunity to move towards a more integrated experience of Social Performance Management. We can still go further! Because it is time to prove that a good SPM brings positive change for customers. Measuring change is a new challenge, and it is important to build a common understanding of its value.
In this activity report, discover our achievements in 2019 according to our four strategic pillars: Inclusive Finance, Social Business, Impact Investing and impact measurement linked to the SDGs.

This year, as we celebrated the 20th anniversary of CERISE, we took a step back on our history, our achievements, our values, and we exchanged with our network of partners to identify the challenges of tomorrow and the added value of CERISE to meet them.
Thanks to CERISE’s activities, Social Performance Management (SPM) today irrigates inclusive finance and many other sectors such as social business and impact investing. SPM is now moving towards measuring results and monitoring the contribution of social actors to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
